Manufacturing Futures is looking to recruit a Product Development Manager for a well known house hold manufacturing name. This is a newly created role due to sustained growth over the last 3 years. As Product Development Manager you will be responsible for establishing new trends and needs in the market, work closely with manufacturing to develop the products and oversee every aspect through to delivery. This is a remote role that may require some travel to the headquarters (2-4 times per month).

Roles & Responsibilities
Establish new trends and needs in the Market
Work closely with the marketing department to monitor developments within the industry.
Work closely with manufacturing and quality to design new products
Oversee projects from start to finish
Experience within a highly regulated industry.
Strong communicator and ability to work with all levels in a business
Understanding of British and European standards and legalisation.
Competent with Microsoft packages
