You need previous experience of assembling electrical and electronic related products in a manual production environment. Panel Wirer – Role – Electrical Assembler, Sub-assemblies, Soldering, Electronics, Looms, Harnesses, Cables, HV, LV, Panels
* Manufacture a wide variety of electrical and electronic products
* The role will require occasional overtime to be worked to meet production / customer delivery dates
* To support the electrical assembly of products
Panel Wirer – Responsibilities – Electrical Assembler, Sub-assemblies, Soldering, Electronics, Looms, Harnesses, Cables, HV, LV, Panels
* Manufacture of electrical and electronic products to schematic and assembly drawings
* Testing of manufactured products; working to SOPs and test documentation whilst accurately recording information
* Maintaining a safe, neat work area which complies with a lean manufacturing environment
Panel Wirer – Skills and Abilities – Electrical Assembly, Sub-assemblies, Soldering, Electronics, Looms, Harnesses, Cables, HV, LV, Panels
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
* Experience using a variety of electrical terminations and tooling
* Producing work to a high-quality standard; replicating this standard on each build
