We are working with a leading UK-based supplier and e-commerce retailer in the health and wellbeing sector, boasting over 40 years of experience in the Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) space, in their search for a Paid Media Manager!

Known for their high-quality products, they’ve become a cornerstone of the UK and European VMS landscape and are looking for a new team member to take ownership of strategy, planning, and execution for all paid media campaigns for two of our brands.

In the last three years, the privately-owned group has doubled its revenue through organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and the launch of proprietary brands. Operating through three distinct entities, they leverage a shared resource network, a global supply chain, and in-house NPD expertise.

You’ll be responsible for driving high-growth, international campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition costs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads and strategic insights into e-commerce growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver paid media campaigns, including Search and Performance Max, alongside Meta campaigns.
– Strategise and execute paid media plans across international markets.
– Own ad spend, revenue, and CAC/ROAS targets, ensuring the highest ROI.
– Monitor and optimize key metrics such as keyword bids, budgets, and impression share.
– Hands-on management and optimization of paid search and social accounts.
– Employ data-driven decision-making for keyword, feed, and placement optimization.
– Collaborate with the Head of Trading to monitor competitors and adapt strategies.
– Work with the creative and marketing teams to align performance data with optimal creative outputs.
– Support the implementation of trade-led offers for campaigns and promotions.

Your Skills & Experience:
– Autonomous and experienced in building paid campaigns from scratch.
– Skilled in managing international paid media accounts.
– Proficient in TikTok and affiliate marketing (a bonus).
– Results-driven, with a proven ability to scale revenues efficiently and profitably.

What’s in it for you?
– Competitive salary and benefits package.
– Employer pension contribution (4%).
– Medical insurance (WPA Health Insurance and Cash Plan).
– Death in service benefit (2x annual salary).
– Share exit scheme participation (details available before 2026).
– Staff discount (50% off own-brand products).
– Access to an on-site gym.
