Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance, you will be an essential member of the finance team, responsible for evaluating the performance of the business through the provision of key management information.
The key responsibilities of an Operations Accountant include:
– Using MI to support the site operational team to deliver their financial targets
– Essential role from a finance perspective in site project to drive continuous improvements
– Developing strong working relationship with stakeholders
– Facilitating the operational forecast and budget process.
Successful Operations Accountant will be/have:
– Organised and adaptable, with the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
– Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be ideal, however not essential
– Proactive with excellent communications skills
– Strong IT Skills
– Qualified or Part Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
