You will…
– Communicate with Senior Level Executives, to support with arranging meetings and travel.
– Organise corporate meetings and company-wide events, including international events & the Christmas party.
– Support with internal communications, from Senior Leadership to the wider team.
– Responding to routine enquiries and messages on behalf of Senior Level Executives.

You will need…
– 1 year+ experience in an office, admin or events management role.
– Excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing key stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
– IT Literacy – knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
– Time management & problem-solving skills.
