We have an exciting opportunity available for a leading manufacturing business in Hull. Here at Futures, we are looking for a Production Shift Manager due to continued growth and expansion of the company.
***SHIFT PATTERN – NIGHTS****
Reporting into the Production Manager you will be responsible the operational support to the production team. You will be responsible for managing and planning operations ensuring all production meets objectives with maximum efficiency at minimum cost.
Key responsibilities of the Night Shift Production Manager;
Ensure that safe working practises are adhered to at all times
KPI’s Management
Managing all direct reports on shift
Facilitating Developmental and training needs
Ensuring that products are manufactured to the companies quality system requirements
Understanding the HACCP system
Communicating food safety issues to all departments
Ensuring cleaning schedules are followed and making sure a clean as you go policy is followed
Successful Night Shift Production Managers will be;
Previous experience of working within a FMCG food manufacturing environment
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
Ability to record and manage accurate information and detailed data.
