Futures are supporting with their search for an experienced National Account Manager ideally with Grocer experience.
The business manufactures a popular selection of products known to us all, supplying into the discounters, wholesalers and retail markets. They have been trading for over 20 years and are a genuine market leader within their chosen field. Business continues to grow due various new contracts and there are further ambitious growth plans to achieve.
We are now supporting them to recruit a National Account Manager. This is a key commercial role for the company as the job holder will be tasked with managing, developing and retaining the a select client group across retail, wholesale and convenience that the company currently have strong working relationships with. You will be responsible for around 5 million pounds worth of business, and several key accounts within their own label portfolio, including retail.
The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with clients at both a strategic and tactical level, and maximising the companys exposure within those target markets. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from concept all the way through to launch. To add to this, you need to be happy working within a fast paced environment, and demonstrate your capabilities to handle multiple SKUs.

The ideal candidate for this role will already have the experience of managing national accounts and but a candidate with previous sales experience within the food industry will be considered.
