We have an exciting opportunity available for an exciting drinks business who are looking to bring a new member to their Grocery team. Here at Futures, we are looking for a National Account Manager who has experience managing key buyer relationships within top multiple grocery.
Reporting into the Sales Director you will be focusing on managing a key retailer relationship and helping drive existing business through 2021.
Develop strategies and sales plans, taking responsibility for all promotional activity throughout the year and working closely with the marketing team to execute.
Maintain and develop existing relationships through relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
To achieve KPIs, including sales targets
To identify and cultivate new business opportunities that will satisfy customer needs
Successful Account Managers will be;
You will have a strong sales background in a customer facing role together with experience of Top 4 Retailers.
Will thrive on working under pressure and excel in achieving sales targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
You will have a strong track record of success of overachieving sales targets and running effective promotional activity.
You will have a can-do attitude, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to form strong relationships plus show an undeniable passion for drinks and the industry.
Excellent communication skills
Working well under pressure
