About the role


Futures are working on an exciting National Account Manager role on behalf of a super innovative consumer goods business who are known in the market for their exceptionally fun products! Sitting in one of the fast growing consumer goods industries, and with a current turnover of £100m + and amazing growth plans of 23% YoY it’s never been a more exciting time to join this business.

Due to amazing growth they are expanding their sales team and hiring for an experienced National Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

Reporting in to the Sales Director you will manage the businesses top tier Grocery and Discounter accounts with a multi-million £ P&L.

You will work alongside the Senior Leadership team to develop new and bespoke strategies to drive brand growth with all key partners, to ensure strong ROI on the investments made within the business.

This is very much a stepping stone to become Senior National Account Manager and be an integral part of the business involved with key, global decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
– Managing one of the businesses top tier accounts within Grocery and Discounters
– Develop new and bespoke strategies to drive brand growth with all key partners, to ensure strong ROI on the investments made in their business
– Working alongside the Marketing, Brand and Category teams to enable successful product activation and NPD launches
– Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
– Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimising risk

Your Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required as a National Account Manager:
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience within National Accounts across Grocery or Discounter customers
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area
– Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
– Ambitious and keen to progress in personal career
