About the role


Futures are delighted to be working with a well-established health & beauty. They have been established over 25 years ago and have a portfolio of products across skincare, haircare, dental, bath and body.

They have achieved 18% YoY, due to this amazing growth they are hiring for a brand a new role within their commercial team.

You will work alongside the Head of Sales who is currently targeting new customers within the Top 4 Grocery channel. You will inherit these accounts with full P&L management, managing the likes of Sainsburys, Tesco, Boots and Wilko taking on Asda, Morrisons and Co-Op as the business continues to grow.

You will be create a Customer Business Plan to deliver growth with each retailer, manage successful NPD launches into the retailers and sales analysis to understand and measure customer trends.

You will work with the Head of Sales on strategy building and commercial planning.

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, bring new ideas to the table and be involved with key business decisions.

This role is 100% account management so you will be a strong relationship builder with a proven track record of growing accounts.

You will have a strong national experience within the Top 4 Grocery channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and interact with multi stakeholders and open up new relationships across Health & Beauty within a defined set of customers.
Creation of the Customer Business Plan to deliver growth with each retailer.
New Product Development an understanding of market trends and where the Healthpoint products can fit into the retailers range is essential to support our NPD team.
Understanding & measurement of customer trends, sales analysis understanding why products have increased or decreased then responding accordingly to maximise opportunities, but equally limit risk to the business.
Pivotal internal position working in partnership with NPD, Supply Chain, Technical & Finance Clear communication and briefs are required to ensure the best results are delivered.

Skills and Experience:

Drive, enthusiasm, passion, resilience and strong commercial acumen.
Great relationship builder with ability to influence at all levels within an SME environment.
Able to create, implement, lead and achieve a set business plan with proven account management skills.
Creative and dedicated to offering our customers a great service that meets aligned targets and objectives.
Proven track record in growing sales within an existing customer relationship whilst holding full responsibility for the day to day activities.
An in-depth understanding of business planning, time management, proven sales skills, relationship building and longer-term business delivery.
