Futures Manufacturing are looking to appoint Mechanical Field Service Engineers based and working in the Southern Region.

Depending on your background, different types of training would be provided, both on courses and on the job.
To attend site throughout the UK working predominantly in hospital Operating theatre environments.
To work closely with other members of the Installation and service team to Install or service medical products
To understand health and safety whilst working in a clinically clean or construction site environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
To deliver and collect materials, plant and tools to and from the place of work.
To follow company procedures and be able to carry out work instructions in a timely manner
To be able to work unsupervised.
To work to a time table in order to carry out planned maintenance.
To be able to install and commission medical products
Have the ability to undertake on the job training of all products
To be able to diagnose faults in equipment as well as 3rd party equipment
To be able to carry out any electrical wiring, testing and commissioning on products
To be able to carry out on the job repairs/replacement of products
To have a working knowledge of third-party products
To carry out in house training on new product ranges
To be able to communicate with the customer
To carry out site surveys
Keep vans clean and tidy and stock levels correct
Scaffold and mobile platform training
