Manufacturing Futures is looking to appoint appoint an Mechanical/Electrical Fitter for our client going through a huge period of growth in the West Yorkshire area. You will be responsible for the in house fitting, assembly and test work and will take a lead on site installing and servicing equipment as and when needed.
Fitter / Electrical Fitter / Mechanical Fitter / Electrical Distribution / Power Transformers
* Ensure that all equipment is assembled and tested to the highest standard
* In-house fitting and assembly of various types of distribution and power transformers and electrical equipment.
* Travel to third party sites both in the UK and abroad to build up the equipment and test, sometimes including anti-social hours
Fitter / Electrical Fitter / Mechanical Fitter / Electrical Distribution / Power Transformers
* Hands on experience of working within a mechanical/electrical engineering environment is essential
* Apprentice trained with appropriate engineering qualification
* Read and understand mechanical and schematic drawings
* Competent user of general workshop machinery and hand tools
