Futures are looking to appoint skilled Mechanical Fitters who have experience within the automotive, rotating equipment and assembly environments.
Our client is a growing engineering business who build / assemble rotating mechanical equipment, they are looking to recruit for a role in their South Yorkshire workshops for Mechanical Fitters who have a well equipped manufacturing capability.
They are ramping up production to supply far greater volumes to their existing customer base.
To suit this role as a Mechanical Fitter you need to have a mechanical engineering qualification and previous experience of building some form of rotating equipment.
Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter/Multiskilled/Assembly/Engineering/Vehicle/HGV/Mechanic/
* Manage your own workload in a small highly trained team of mechanical engineers in a hands-on Fitter role
* Working on the shop floor with the team in the workshop building and assembling rotational equipment
* Working with the team to develop strong health and safety as well as quality standards
* This is a hands-on role and requires a Mechanical Assembler / Fitter with previous knowledge of rotating equipment
Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter/Multiskilled/Assembly/Engineering/Vehicle/HGV/Mechanic/
* Experience building rotating equipment
* A strong hands-on working knowledge of industrial engineering principles
* Can read and interpret Engineering drawings
* Follow set procedures and guidelines with good attention to detail
