About the role

Were searching for a Marketing Manager to join us at Futures, our thriving and rapidly expanding Leeds based recruitment agency, to develop and implement a marketing strategy to engage our clients and candidates. If you have worked in the recruitment industry or a closely related business-to-business market we want to hear from you!

This is a proactive and dynamic role to deliver the marketing and communication needs of Futures. The Marketing Manager will drive forward marketing activity to support sales to new and existing clients, bringing in new roles to fill, and work closely with Consultants to create engaging content for job seekers, bringing in new and high quality candidates. We don’t expect you to tick every box, but the more of the below you have experience of, the better!

What youll be doing as Marketing Manager for Futures, a recruitment business:

* Developing and delivering the Futures marketing strategy
* Managing relationships with external stakeholders including digital agency, web developer and job boards
* Reporting back on marketing activity and performance and adapting the strategy based on outcomes
* Supporting business growth through client lead generation
* Building effective partnerships with internal teams to maximise collaboration and extend the reach of our resources and activity
* Developing knowledge of the markets we operate in, and our competitors, to understand client needs and adapt marketing activity
* Supporting sales activity by understanding the priorities in the pipeline and delivering input and content where needed
* Planning and executing highly targeted written copy for content use across a variety of marketing channels
* Ensuring the image and values of the brand are upheld across every channel of communication including monitoring of all materials to ensure consistency
* Management of campaigns, web development, SEO activity, email marketing and social media activity
* Planning and coordinating events to generate brand awareness
* Communication of marketing activity internally

What youll need as Marketing Manager for Futures, a recruitment business

* University degree in Marketing or Business-related subject
* Experience in a similar marketing role
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Great communication skills both written and verbally
* Positive, professional and highly organised individual with the ability to multi task and work across lots of projects
* Basic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Spark, Canva and MS Powerpoint
* Knowledge of WordPress is advantageous
* Exceptional project management skills plus a get-it-done attitude
* Knowledge of social media and tracking/analytic tools
* Analytical individual with a background reporting back on marketing activity across various channels
