The Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of the maintenance operations within our client’s state-of-the-art food processing facility. Your Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
– Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
– Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of machinery and equipment.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize production interruptions.
– Implement and uphold safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
– Budget management and cost control to ensure the efficient use of resources.

Your Qualifications:
– Degree In Engineering
– Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in a maintenance management role within the food production or related industry.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
– In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability-centered maintenance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
