Futures Manufacturing Team are working with a Company who urgently want to appoint a skilled Maintenance Engineer.

This position operates on a rotating day/night shift basis, an average of 40 hours per week, 12 hours per shift Monday to Friday.
To work very closely with the Engineering Maintenance Team.
To Maintain and support with existing automation onsite, and new automation in order to improve operational productivity & cost.
PLC logic and programming
Communicate with internal stakeholders / project teams and external integrators and suppliers of automation equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform system tests
Math and analytical skills
Organisational and prioritisation skills
Machine / automation safety requirements (IOSH or similar training.
Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation (PUWER)
May need to travel to suppliers / integrators to progress projects
Training to build knowledge in automation related areas and to use this knowledge to develop our onsite engineering / production teams
