About the role

Manufacturing Futures are currently looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, with an electrical bias, for a highly successful food manufacturer. The successful Maintenance Engineer will be required to work to the strict PPM schedule, attend quality controlled breakdowns and ensure all contractors are keeping up with the maintenance scheduling. If you’re an Electrical Maintenance Engineer that wants to join a large clean factory with a relaxing working atmosphere then this is the role for you.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Role and Responsibilities – Maintenance Electrician, Electrical, Fault Finding, PLC Fault Finding

* Attending breakdowns and repairing all electrical and mechanical equipment
* Undertake Electrical Fault finding and fixing any issues that arise
* Capable of reading electrical schematics
* Be familiar with PLC’s such as Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi and Siemens

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Skills and Abilities – Maintenance Electrician, Electrical, Fault Finding, PLC Fault Finding

* Experience of PPMs, TPMs, breakdowns and fault finding without micro-management needed
* Experience working with Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley PLC’s
* Qualified electrically, 17th/18th Edition
* Capable of working with mechanical components
