About the role

Here at Futures, we are delighted to be supporting a genuine leader within the FMCG | Food Industry in their search for a Learning and Development Manager!

Due to recent investments and internal development, the company is looking for a strong leader, who can oversee and implement new L&D strategies and programmes across the site.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for direct impact on the site performance and site culture. Leading learning and development activities within a FMCG | Food Industry.

Your Responsibilities:
– Implementing and developing Learning and Development strategies, programmes, and various other training across the site.
– Working in conjunction with the Managers across the site and providing support to improve their team.
– Leading, coaching and developing the site training team.
– Leading the site apprenticeship scheme.
– Working with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.

You Will Need:
– Prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.
– Great People management with the ability to lead and develop teams.
– Experience in successfully using a wide range of delivery methods.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels.
– Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
