We are a rapidly expanding recruitment business in Horsforth looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Public Sector team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, specialising in Law Enforcement, you will play a key part in delivering this teams continued success.

In your role, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert across the division, understanding the candidate market, and building on the division’s success and national leader status to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and candidate market insight to existing and new candidates.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
– Managing candidate relationships (calling and meeting with regularity); these include existing but also new relationships from job applications, referrals, job boards and LinkedIn.
– Overseeing the entire recruitment process from picking a job up, to advertising, sourcing, facilitating interviews and offer management.
– Lead generation and intelligence gathering.
– Managing client relationships (existing and new), seeking to develop and improve partnerships.
– Administration support – Compliance & Payroll.
– Supporting the team lead with change requests.

Your Skills and Experience:
– Experience in either IT or Digital Policing recruitment.
– Driven to succeed and develop.
– Able to multi-task, react and prioritise workload.
– People orientated with an ability to influence.
– Commercially astute.
– Initiative to find solutions.
– Friendly, resilient, and inquisitive.

The Law Enforcement, National Security and Defence Division is a relatively new division for Futures. Our team currently works across a large number of Police Forces, National Security Agencies some of which can’t be named, Defence branches as well as big 4 consulting firms who deliver into the industry.
