About the role

Futures are working with a well-known global fmcg business who have a full portfolio of premium products!

Sustainability is a top priority for this business, they have an ongoing mission to give back to the environment in numerous ways.

Due to recent growth they are hiring for a Key Account Manager. You will inherit a strong account base across premium HORECA outlets and contract caterers as well as driving new business.

You will focus on UK, EU and US markets. This role is very customer facing so they will be extensive opportunities to travel. You will have strong fmcg experience working across either premium HORECA outlets and contract caterers as well as a real flare for winning new business.

The primary responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
Retention & Growth Key Accounts
Develop annual plan for key accounts within the region
Ensure optimal visibility and presentation of brand and its touchpoints
Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders in key accounts

Ensure optimal visibility and presentation of brand and its touchpoints, bringing JINGs purpose to life at point of choice and consumption
New Business Opportunities
Identify, target and close key new business opportunities both in existing and new key accounts. Identify and network with key regional OOH stakeholders to generate brand-aligned leads to close, advocating key brand synergies and benefits.
Ensure all opportunities are captured and reported within Pipeline Deals (CRM system)

Develop long-term growth strategy for the accounts, covering where (geographical), when (roll out plan), how (support plan key accounts)
Training & Advocacy
Provide training for key accounts in region
Act as brand advocate in key meetings / at key events to enable business growth

Account sales strategy
New business leads through pipeline
Retention and growth of existing customer accounts
Drive best in class visibility in all channels
Experience & Competencies required
The Key Account Manager UK & Europe is expected to have the following experience and competencies:
Strong commercial approach
Excellent new business track record
Strong negotiating skills
Experience of winning with hospitality stakeholders
Experience in high-end hospitality channel and luxury products
A passion for food and beverage and an affinity for tea and premium hot beverages
Desirable: Fluent in second EU language, ideally French
