About the role

With a current turnover of £80m + and exciting expansion plans in EU markets they are taking the market by storm!

You will be responsible for project coordination and management of business initiatives including sales executions, brand updates, NPD projects, manufacturing changes, implementing change, operational and business changes. As well as working on International projects with exciting growth plans in EU and US.

Strong, linear processes internally and an organised procedure so you will be able the hit the ground running.

You will be fully responsible for the project lifecycle so comes with a boat load of autonomy! You will work in a close knit team of industry experts with over 25 years combined experience working for global fmcg businesses.

Further Duties:
Project coordination & management of business initiatives including sales executions, brand updates, manufacturing changes, implementing change, operational and business changes
General project coordination and management of cross-functional projects:
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to projects once initiated:
Coordination with Brand, Sales, S&OP, Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, etc.
Create, Manage and Communicate project plans & timelines
Facilitate and lead project meetings with business partners
Ongoing management & tracking of project to completion
Weekly reporting of project updates and upcoming deliverables.
Analyse issues, highlight risk and drive collaborative resolution.
Work collaboratively with business partners to coordinate project activities and share information.
Be able to work within all levels of the organisation.
Use a Continuous Improvement approach to Project Management.
Must be able to multi-task.
Demonstrate the ability to collaboratively lead others who do not share same reporting structure.

Qualifications:
Education:
Recognized Project Management qualification e.g., PRINCE2 practitioner, PMP, CMI (desirable)
BA degree in Business (desirable) or relevant experience in a similar role
Specific Skills:
Preferably 1 years’ previous project administration / co-ordination experience.
Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, with Advanced knowledge of MS Project and Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains Platform), Oracle (desirable).
Must possess excellent cross departmental communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Should be goal orientated, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment
Demonstrate good judgment
High degree of personal accountability
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
