Futures are working on an exciting Junior NPD Manager opportunity, with an award-winning, global FMCG business who have a full portfolio of products we use every day! They are market leaders in their category channel, employ over 2500 people across the world and have around 80 people here in the UK and turn over around £500m.

Due to extensive growth, they are expanding within their UK Marketing Team and are looking for an NPD Expert who is looking to take on a new challenge as a Junior NPD Manager.

Reporting directly to the UK Marketing Manager, you will work closely with two experienced Product Managers, Designers and Content Creators to deliver marketing plans across the entire brand portfolio.

What will you be responsible for?
– Project manage new and existing product development internally and externally
– Develop & deliver a UK marketing plan across all trading channels
– Develop content for use online, in the catalogue and at the point of sale as necessary to show ranges in their best light
– Monitor the performance at range, brand and category levels and use this insight to both inform the rest of the business and develop the range most appropriately

What’s on Offer?
– Salary £30,000-£40,000
– 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays
– Hybrid working

What are we looking for?
– Educated to degree standard – Preferably in a business discipline
– Minimum of 2 years experience within NPD
– Passionate about NPD, Marketing and understanding consumer needs
– Numerate and analytical understanding (Managing spreadsheets will be required)
– Comfortable working with Office365 i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and particularly Excel
