Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your designated accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
Collaborating with the wider sales team, you’ll open new accounts and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products, driving sales revenue and contributing to company targets.
In this all-encompassing role, you can benefit from a varied day, where duties include:
– Monitoring inventory levels to manage customer expectations.
– Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
– Helping to organise and represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
– When required, there will be some travel to clients and events.
Who are we looking for?
If you have experience in the toy and puzzle industry, then great! If you have knowledge of current trends and competitors, even better! If not, don’t worry! As long as you are a Sales/Account Executive with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, then we would love to hear from you!
Positive and proactive, a team player with a willingness to learn, and organization is key for this role so you will be able to multitask with ease.
Experience in sales analysis and reporting would be advantageous, and you must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
