Our client is one of Europe’s most prominent manufacturers in their sector seeking to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join their already well-established Sales Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave!

This role will be based at their Castleford facility and will support the day-to-day running of the busy Sales function. Your main responsibilities…
– Point of contact for new and existing customers and ensure that high levels of customer service are maintained and consistently provided by the Sales Office team
– Ensuring customer requirements and specifications are communicated effectively to enable everyone involved with the product to satisfy customer needs.
– Ensure that all the necessary product and production status information is continuously updated and made available to those involved in satisfying customer requirements.
– Collate and analyse relevant sales performance data to produce clear, explanatory monthly reports.

– Has previous knowledge of providing effective customer service and strong administration skills.
– Can communicate confidently, both written and verbally, at all levels internally and externally.
– Has the ability to prioritise your workload is key to this role.
– Has organisational planning skills and the ability to multitask and switch quickly and easily between challenges as and when required.
– Has sound knowledge of IT is essential for this role, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
This is a full-time position, working a 35-hour week, 5 days per week (working hours are open to negotiation with a level of flexibility). The role offers a competitive salary, as well as all the benefits associated with a large, successful company.
