Futures currently seek to appoint an Internal Sales (Quotes) candidate with previous experience of producing quotes for electro-mechanical products. As Internal Sales (Quotes) you will be the first point of contact with customers requiring a quote. You will need good experience of writing technical quotes in a engineering environment for an electro-mechanical manufacturing company, and be an excellent organiser and communicator to keep on top of different priorities.
Internal Sales (Quotes) – Role and Responsibilities – Quotes, Quoting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical
* To provide principle point of contact with customers for quotes
* To register and process into the business system all required details for the production of a sales quote
* To accept and review the quote, ensuring the accuracy of all data contained within it
* To liaise with all departments in ensuring that the sales quotes produced are accurately observed at all stages of the process
* To provide liaison between internal departments as appropriate
Internal Sales (Quotes) – Skills and Abilities – Quotes, Quoting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical
* BTEC or Apprenticeship qualified preferred
* Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment with good technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge
* Experience at producing technical quotes
* Organisational skills able to prioritise
