Internal Sales Managers required for Leeds based client with great benefits and up to 30% bonus. No cold calling, you’ll be managing clients that have existing trading relationships with the business. Our client are a long established business who are going through a period of sustained growth in a very robust industry. To suit this Internal Sales Manager role you need to have previous experience in a sales focused role, and be able to spot a “deal” from the calls you make, but we’re looking for people who are more focused on customer service and support rather than ‘hunter’ sales people. You will be making outbound calls to contacts at companies that know who you are and have a current relationship, there’s no cold calling, and your role is to manage around those assigned accounts and sell the diverse and wide ranging products our client has available.

* Deliver quarter by quarter sales & margin growth in line with agreed targets
* Manage a pipeline of existing business
* Identify key competitor account opportunities and formulate plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from right product and services mix
* Responsible for managing new agreement roll-outs, marketing plans and mobilisation support activity to rapidly convert the business opportunity with support of marketing and the quote and technical functions
* Responsible for all commercial elements of the owned accounts through business analysis and business planning
* Collaboration with Marketing to drive specific product sales in the assigned account base
* No cold calls, purely existing account management
