At Futures, we make a real difference through the power of good people. Were looking for a Talent Resourcer to join us, working with the HR Manager to identify Recruitment Talent for our growing teams.

In other words, we find talented people to transform and grow businesses, or lead crucial projects in 4 main sectors; Public (NHS, Police & Regeneration), Education, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods.

The job, in a nutshell, is to find great people to come and work at Futures.

No day will be the same, but in general, the role will cover;

– Posting adverts on Job Boards and Social Media and responding to ad response
– Daily Job Board Searches for Recruiters
– Development of a strong network of experienced Recruiters on LinkedIn Recruiter and maintaining regular contact with the Network
– Creating a shortlist of qualified candidates to send forward to the HR Manager
– Searching for developing talent to join at entry-level.
– Assisting with the arranging and confirmation of candidate interviews
– Interviewing and co-interviewing candidates

To be successful in this job;

– A warm and approachable personality would be an advantage, so you can engage people and sell the opportunities at Futures.
– You’ll need to be extremely organised, as you could be spinning several plates at once, and the admin needs to be on point.
– Ideally, some experience in recruitment, sales or customer service would be desirable.
