Manufacturing Futures is looking to appoint an Internal Account Manager for a multimillion pound turnover business based in West Yorkshire. The role will involve managing 100+ accounts so the successful candidate will be a high level communicator having the ability to build and create relationships. This is a role where you need to sell based on service rather than cost, and it is important you have experience of working for a market leader that can justify its excellent margins based on the great service it provides.

Account Manager – Role and Responsibilities – Internal Sales, Sales, Business Development, Account Management
* Collaboration with Marketing to drive specific product sales in the assigned account base
* No cold calls, existing account management
* Deliver quarter by quarter sales & margin growth in line with agreed targets
* Manage a pipeline of existing business
* Identify key competitor account opportunities and formulate plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from right product and services mix
* Responsible for managing new agreement roll-outs, marketing plans and mobilisation support activity to rapidly convert the business opportunity with support of marketing and the quote and technical functions
* Responsible for all commercial elements of the owned accounts through business analysis and business planning.
