Education Futures are currently working with an average sized Primary School to secure an interim Deputy Head for an immediate start until the end of the academic year. The School is currently graded as good by Ofsted and is highly though of by parents and staff alike.

The School are looking for an experienced Senior Leader who can assist the Head on the journey to making the School outstanding. The role will focus on improving behaviour and curriculum, while supporting the Headteacher in the day to day running of the School. The role is non-teaching with some cover from time to time.
