Interim Regeneration Project Manager

Yorkshire – Full time
£300 – £350pd, inside IR35, 3 months initially cover permanent recruitment drive

This is an exciting opportunity to work right at the heart of their organisation and play an integral part in taking the Council forward and building a better Borough.

The Role of Regeneration Project Manager:

In this exciting role, you will provide high-quality project and programme management for the Councils Regeneration Service, delivering its established priorities and emerging ambitions for Good Growth and in so doing delivering the key priorities for the Council, our community and stakeholders. You will work closely and collaboratively with Councillors, the Executive Management Team, senior managers, stakeholders and regional and national Government to deliver a wide range of tasks including programme and project development, securing and delivering external funding, developing strategic & business plans, coordinating external and internal contractors and project teams and facilitating effective project management to ensure that competing priorities are effectively managed.

Requirements for Regeneration Project Manager:

To be successful in this role you will be an achievement focussed self-starter, motivated by working in a fast-paced and often pressurised environment, always aiming to go above and beyond. You will demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and the ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment. You will be able to coordinate, organise and prioritise, remain resilient and focused under pressure; have flexibility, adaptability and change responsiveness in an atmosphere of constantly shifting priorities and last-minute changes. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail, good communication abilities and be able to work effectively alongside a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Local Authority experience working on regeneration projects and programmes.
