Education Futures are currently working with an average sized Primary School to secure an interim Deputy Head for September 2022 for one year. The School is currently graded as good by Ofsted and is highly though of by parents and staff alike.

The School are looking for an experienced Deputy Head who can assist the Head on the journey to making the School outstanding. The leadership responsibilities are to be discussed and agreed depending on the successful candidate. The role is non-teaching but the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate outstanding teaching. The School are looking to appoint asap.
