Reporting into the HR Manager you will be working within a growing packaging manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire – This is a superb opportunity to really be mentored and developed with a genuine scope for progression. .
HR Administrator responsibilities:
Ensuring company’s HR and L&D database are up to date, accurate and comply with relevant legislations
You will be first point of contact for all basic HR related queries, such as holiday, and sickness entitlement
Managing the onboarding process of new starters, processing leavers and internal transfers.
Working on key business projects and initiatives
With guidance, ensure the reward and recognition policies and practices meet the needs of the customer groups and are implemented in a fair and equal fashion
Requirements:
Have experience in a HR generalist position for at least 1 years ideally within manufacturing (not essential)
Ideally have experience in a fast moving consumer goods or manufacturing environment
Have a high level of communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Have a dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure
