Are you an Experienced HR Advisor with a background in Schools or Education settings?
We are excited to be working with a Multi-Academy Trust in the South West to recruit a talented HR Advisor to deliver a high-quality, efficient and effective HR service to staff across the Trust!
Your Key Responsibilities:
– Providing ER support to senior leaders within the Trust.
– Assisting with the implementation of HR systems and processes.
– Being a point of contact for HR escalations, making decisions and recommendations while providing guidance and support to team members.
– Collaborate with senior management across the trust to address HR-related challenges.
– Case management.
The role is to start ASAP initially on a Fixed Term Contract for a period of at least 6 months, there is the possibility to go permanent.
