About the role


With the start of the New Year, it is a good time to spread your wings and look at changing the scenery.

A successful drinks manufacturer is looking for a highly ambitious and driven Head of Sales to help them grow the business further. They are at a crucial stage and need someone to take charge of the sales side of the business.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the sales structure and strategy
Plan product promotions ensuring they are is in line with the sales strategy and achieving maximum sales
Responsible for the drive of the overall sales strategy and increase listings across multiple channels
Proactively establish and maintain excellent relations with suppliers through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails
Set clear KPIs for the sales team
Understanding local and national sales trends

Please note that previous branded sales experience within the Food/Drink manufacturing sector is crucial.
