About the role


Futures are excited to be working with a fast growing fmcg business who are well-known in the market for their great tasting free-from products!

They have achieved 3 years of triple digit growth and have been recognised for their achievements by being named in Forbes 30 under 30 class of 2021. They have strong listings across Top 4 Grocery, Amazon, Ocado as well as Wholesalers and OOH outlets.

Due to this growing they are expanding within their Commercial team and looking for a Head Of Growth.

Reporting to the company Director of Sales & Marketing, we are seeking an ambitious Growth Ecommerce Manager to take on full P&L responsibility for the DTC channel through this exciting growth period whilst also providing guidance to our Head of Sales for Amazon advertising. While strategy will play a large part of this role, so will execution and delivering results. The position would suit an experienced growth hacker/marketer/Ecommerce Manager who is a passionate, motivated, and target-driven team player who has broad experience of different growth marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Responsibility for all aspects of our online growth strategy and working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and key external agencies to continuously measure, iterate and improve customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.
Budgeting & Reporting: managing ad spend and budgets to scale growth and ROI. Reporting weekly on key metrics to Senior Leadership Team.
Execution & Management: Management and coordination of agencies to drive customer acquisition and retention through Email Marketing, Influencer Partnerships, Affiliates, Google, Facebook, Referrals and Paid Advertising. Also manage the relationship with our Web development agency to ensure the website is improving to facilitate an improved customer journey and growth.
Growth Marketing: Lead all core aspects of performance marketing and tests, including A/B testing new creatives and identifying best placements. Own all life-cycle comms to our customer base. All with a view to increasing LTV, AOV and customer loyalty.
Brand: Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing who leads on Brand, Events and Influencer activity.

Essential
3+ years experience in marketing for a DTC brand, agency or fast-growth company
Excellent understanding of Shopify, ReCharge, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads
Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google analytics, Ahrefs etc.
Excellent understanding of customer acquisition and customer retention best practices
Experience with SEO and Content Marketing (keyword, image optimisation, articles etc.)
