About the role

Manufacturing Futures is looking to appoint a Fabricator for a growing business based in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have worked with light to heavy gauge steel work.

Fabricator/MIG/TIG/Steel/Heavy industry/Welder

Roles & Responsibilities:
Well versed in MIG and TIG Welding
A good working knowledge of all types of steel work
Working to high standards and specifications
General assembly using hand and powered tools
Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.
Must be able and willing to assemble furnace machinery
Fabricating assemblies for a wide variety of industries
Reading and interpreting customer engineering drawings

Fabricator/MIG/TIG/Steel/Heavy industry/Welder

Experienced using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG,MIG)
Knowledge of safety standards and PPE
Deftness and attention to detail
Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship is required
Ability to work as a team or autonomously
Proven experience as a welder Fabricator
Ideally apprentice trained
