We are on the search for an Engineering Administrator required for Glasgow based manufacturer!
This is a large FMCG business supplying retail who are high-performing with a great reputation in the industry! They invest heavily not only in the infrastructure but the staff (external training and qualifications often provided) and understand the importance of a well-resourced Engineering team with some of the highest performing Maintenance Engineering teams in the UK.
You will provide administrative support to the high performing engineering team, including;
– Manage/record/report lates and missing clock ins.
– Morning / Daily engineering meeting (Minutes/Notes / Update and track actions.
– Rota management).
– Logging Holidays, Sickness, Training records.
– CMMS Management and report generation to support management team with critical decision making and performance management.
– Planned V Reactive reports.
– Assets / Tasks / Locations – Create new, maintain and update.
– Planning in the line services and making sure they are assigned to the correct people.
– Continuous Improvement tracking (Planned & Actual).
– Contractor management.
– Service Contract tracking.
– Arranging service visits.
– Insurance documents.
Your Skills Required:
– A good working knowledge of excel.
– Organised, goes without saying in a role like this!
– A basic knowledge of Engineering would be useful but certainly not essential.
– A good communicator, despite this role being desked based. They are a tight knit team who communicate well.
