We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a very successful special-purpose machine manufacturer in Leeds!
Critical aspects of the role include:
– Experienced in the design of electrical systems for Special Purpose Machinery in a manufacturing environment and the generation and verification of electrical design documents e.g. wiring diagrams, cable schedules, parts lists etc.
– Interpretation of customer requirements and presentation of design solutions, understanding of “The Machinery Directive” and CE marking.
– Witnessing FAT procedures.
– This position will suit an innovator constantly looking for solutions that give maximum value.
– Preferably a ‘Time Served’ Electrical Engineer.
– Ideally, HNC / HND or Degree qualified in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
– Experience using EPLAN although the company will consider AutoCAD Electrical and train on EPLAN.
