We are looking to recruit an electrical design engineer for our client located near Huddersfield. The successful candidate will have the ability to electrically design drawings of machinery, install and commission when needed. Our client distribute world wide so there may be a requirement to travel abroad. The successful candidate will be able to take on various responsibilities at one time and assist with other areas of the design process as and when is needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Actively contribute to the development of the electrical engineering department so as to be recognised for providing exceptional delivery by clients
* Ability test and commission machinery.
* PLC and HMI Programming
* Deliver electrical design scope of work across specific projects, as part of a single or multi discipline design team
* Carry out any or all stages of electrical design from concept to completion as required by the project.
* Assure the quality of all output to the programme manager so designs are produced in line with standard processes

Qualifications:
* Significant experience as an Electrical Design Engineer
* Degree / HND qualified in either Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* A demonstrable track record of exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction
