Futures Manufacturing are working with a manufacturer who are expanding very quickly and now need additional staff to meet production targets.
You need previous experience of assembling electrical and electronic products in a manual production environment.

The Electrical Assembler will work within the Electrical Controllers team to manufacture a wide variety of Low and High voltage production electrical looms and control panels
The role will require occasional overtime to be worked to meet production / customer delivery dates
Electrical assembly of HV/ LV cables looms as well as control panels
Maintaining a safe, neat work area which complies with a lean manufacturing environment
Liaising with seniors and engineering to develop prototype harnesses

Attributes:
Dedicated with a can-do attitude
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings
Experience manufacturing harnesses/ cable looms
Experience using a variety of electrical terminations and tooling
Experience with dry soldering is desired
Working in a demanding environment meeting deadlines
Working on their own and as part of a wider team
Producing work to a high-quality standard; replicating this standard on each build
