Your Role:
Joining the exclusive MAT as an Education Development Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding schools through their improvement journey. Bring expertise, proven impact in secondary education, and leadership in Secondary Schools and Curriculum Design and make a meaningful impact with the dynamic team!

– Support effective school improvement services across the Trust.
– Support all schools, guide Headteachers, and inform SLT and Board of Directors
– Quality assures school improvement and advises on adjustments for progress.
– Use data for monitoring and evaluating all Trust schools’ performance.
– Lead training for governors and staff as required.
