Our client is a growing manufacturer based in East Yorkshire looking to recruit a Driver to transport goods predominantly to and from the east riding of Yorkshire/surrounding areas, but on occasions maybe further afield.
Initially a temporary role for currently an anticipated 3 month period but potential to be extended. Immediate start desirable.
Driver / Van Driver / Stores Person / Goods in / Goods out / FLT
The ideal candidate will have an FLT license (although not essential). In additional to the role the ideal candidate is someone who can support the factory staff occasionally with goods incoming and booking stock onto the IT system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Transport products around the East Yorkshire region (on occasions maybe further afield)
Drive a 3.5T ELWB Tail Lift Luton van
Share some of the stores responsibility with the shop floor staff.
Adhere to health and safety when on site
Provide strong customer service skills when picking up or dropping off products
Representing the business in a positive manner
Basic IT skills to use the book in system.

The ideal candidate
Will have a full clean driving license.
Be able to operate and FLT (but not a necessity)
Flexible to work some overtime hours as and when needed.
