You will focus on overseeing the Theatres for the trust, introducing new ways of working and promoting the delivery of care.
Your Responsibilities:
– Maximise theatre productivity, identify areas of improvement and provide solutions
– Stakeholder engagement
Your Skills/Experience:
– Educated to first-degree level or equivalent
– Worked in the NHS within the last 3 years
– Significant operational management experience, with a track record of effective budget management
– Knowledge of the NHS (mental health act and NHS financial flows)
