About the role

We have a great opportunity available for a Digital Marketing Manager. We are working with a fast growing FMCG company based in the Northwest of England.


You will be responsible for developing and enhancing the company’s existing digital channels as well as introducing and expanding into new platforms.

Key Responsibilities involve:

Develop and lead the Digital Marketing plans for the UK, providing support across all Digital areas including ECRM, Social, and all online advertising.
Manage and control the UK Digital Marketing budget, ensuring all key areas are covered and no over spend takes place, whilst ensuring KPIs are set and managed throughout the year.
Management of all activities proposed and planned by our external agencies setting key targets and follow ups ensuring we get strong ROI
Supporting the growth of online sales by developing customer specific digital and social plans, as well as providing support for our online shop
Management of a Marketing Executive
Management of todays .com site (update innovations, maintain compliance, content update)

Professional Experience and Education:

University degree in related topic (eg. Marketing, Digital communication, media management, etc.)
Around 3-4 years experience in management of social media platforms and implementation of online marketing activities (SEO/SEM, online PR, community marketing, mobile marketing, recommendation marketing, viral marketing, social commerce)
Experience with either FMCG company or internet agency
