About the role

Our client are a small, close-knit team and culture fit is very important to them. Theyre looking for someone who has an interest in the medical field and is willing to learn and apply themselves, with a good overall knowledge of Marketing (and a particular focus on Digital Marketing).

They develop and manufacture innovative medical products in various fields, from orthopaedics to animal health, using its unique, patented technology. From their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, they have developed products that make a meaningful difference to the lives of people across the world.

What will you be doing?

Working closely with the Marketing Director to plan, implement, and develop the digital marketing strategy for the brand
Implementing the Digital Marketing Strategy to engage both patients and HCPs on digital platform and social media channels
Devising strategies to drive online traffic, including the creation of content marketing, mobile & video
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns through website analytics and agreed metrics by management
Using pay per click (PPC), advertorials (digital and print), search engine optimisation (SEO), banner adverts, affiliate marketing, email campaigns, blogs, forums, PR and social media to generate leads
General management of online product campaigns and all social media channels
Manage and updating the company website to ensure that they are utilised by
patients and HCPs
Improving the usability, design, content and content of the company websites and social media sites
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor campaigns required to improve the success of products within the target market
Reviewing key digital technologies and understand how they will impact the company
Regular production of reports on impact and success rates of digital campaigns
Supporting the marketing needs of individual countries (support in national/international congresses and medical education meetings)
Supporting the Marketing Director in the creation of marketing materials and graphics for exhibitions

Who are we looking for?

Someone with good all-round exposure across the marketing spectrum
Experience of PPC, social media, google analytics, website support and SEO would be ideal
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, video editing/creation and social media marketing/posting
Strong understanding of Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint with the ability to analyse data to present to senior management team
Previous experience in a similar role or personal experience of digital campaigns
Confident and people-oriented person: ability to interact with colleagues and with external customers/physicians
Knowledge of medical devices marketing preferred to be able to better understand the therapy and speciality.
