We are on the search for an experienced Deputy Headteacher (SEND and INCLUSION) to join a school in West Yorkshire and work under the headteacher to: formulate the aims and objectives of the school, establish the policies through which they are to be achieved and manage staff resources to that end!
This is a permanent role with a Trust that has a strong vision and four core principles, to lead, empower, achieve and drive, which you will be expected to demonstrate in your working practices.

– Pastoral for SEND Students.

– Mentoring Programme and Emotional Intelligence: SEND Students.
– Careers and Information, Advice and Guidance: SEND Students.
– Build effective partnerships.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
– Degree or equivalent.
– Qualified Teacher Status.
– Experience of SEND school leadership within the primary or secondary phase.
– Track record of delivering outstanding outcomes for students.
– Ability to teach to GCSE Standard.
– Passionate about education!
