Our client are an industry leading manufacturer of engineered components and they are looking to appoint a Customer Support Executive to be the link between the customer and projects teams. The role will involve lots of communication with various internal teams (design, production, supply chain) in order to provide customers with updates on their projects. Customers frequently chase for updates on progress, timescales and delivery dates. You will be the central point of contact to answer those queries. It is important you have prior experience in customer support, sales, projects or contracts focused roles. It is important that you have previously worked for a manufacturing or engineering focused company.

* Prior experience in dealing with customers via telephone and email
* Experience of working with an MRP/ERP based system would be an advantage
* High level of communication skills, both internal and external
* A confident personality as you will be speaking to new people, internally and externally, on a daily basis
* Good IT skills
