About the role

Our client, a successful and expanding business in Leeds, seek to appoint a number of Customer Support Executives to help deal with a number of new contract wins. Offering good salaries and an excellent bonus scheme the appointed executives will be given the opportunity to earn bonus in your first quarter with the company. Market leading training is provided. We’re looking for people who want to work hard to build a career, who can demonstrate that they will have a positive attitude and be committed to the role in the long term. Customer Support Executive – Role and Responsibilities – Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Customer Support

– Replaying to customer question in a professional manner by phone and email
– administrative tasks (paperwork, processing, contracts, etc)
– Have persuasion skills and be able to handle objections
– Confident and tactful

– At least one years’ work experience in a call centre environment
– A good standard of English and Maths
– Good organisational and time management skills
– Attention to detail
– An excellent communicator
– Professional business like manner
– Confident and friendly with a desire to help
– Good team player
– Knowledge of IT and Microsoft Word and Excel
