Futures are looking for Customer Service Advisors. Monday – Friday (9 -5.30) with overtime available during busy period, flexible working and genuine progression opportunities. Excellent salary on offer with this is full time role plus a bonus paid quarterly.

* Self-motivated and committed to continuous self-development
* Able to use effective questioning and listening skills to gather; disseminate and apply appropriate process/procedures to information.
* Good Computer literacy with excellent keyboard skills.
* Excellent English verbal and written skills.
* Ensures good customer relations are maintained.
* Working effectively with all other sales and marketing functions to grow/manage accounts.
