As Customer Service Manager you will…

• Be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department
• Ensure customer satisfaction, implementing customer service strategies that align with the company’s goals
• Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing support and training where needed
• Communicate with customers when they do reach out, ensuring carefully considered and personalised responses

As Customer Service Manager you will need…

• 3+ years’ experience within Customer Service
• Computer literacy – general understanding of Microsoft Office
• Experience managing/ leading a team
• Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
